Money back within 14 days if item as not as described. Must be not opened and not used (factory sealed) due to a nature of the item and buyer to pay 20% restocking fees and return shipping. If a customer cancels the order before it is shipped we reserve the right to deduct bank fees charged to us by our credit card processors.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or invoice that was send with your item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
