This is a reply to PMU club, after I left a review that had more to do with the sellers of this product then the product itself.
I looked at your order form again, just to see if I could figure out what went wrong? To clarify, I was protesting the fact that I paid for 2 day shipping, and definitely didn't get it. I didn't say FedEx, I Said 2 day priority express shipping, and I'm angry because the item arrived very late, and with all the hassle I went through, I wanted my money back for the shipping cost. You're reply was vindictive and accusatory, I felt like you were throwing everything back in my face, and that's not professional, you made it personal, and that's uncalled for. You claim you're not responsible for anything that happens to purchases after you put them in the mailbox, so I guess it's buy it at your own risk. Most companies are kind and compassionate with their customers, if something is wrong, the company is supposed to do what they can to make it right? I didn't get that courtesy, I got told it was my problem, not theirs, and I got verbally abused trying to get refunded. This has never happened to me before, and it shouldn't have happened. Please keep your negative replies to yourself, this is a horrible way to treat a customer.
Dear Sarah, thank you for your reply and changing your story from Fedex express to Priority mail. We really like that you said how you never mentioned Fedex but below is the email you send to Paypal that says otherwise (in this email alone you did mention Fedex 3 times). Comparing this, who is telling the truth? Maybe, just maybe you confused our order with someone else where you paid for Fedex?

I got this email address from PayPal, I've sent several emails to another email address, no one replies, maybe you will?
This is in regards to order ID #5337, and first, I would like to say I don't appreciate having the last digits of my card become my order ID, that's disturbing.
My issue is regarding my order, placed on April 18, l paid for express shipping, which was said to be FedEx? On April 19 they said it shipped out, but with USPS, what happened to FedEx? USPS said to expect delivery on April 24, nothing was delivered. If I track the package, it still says to be delivered April 24, but today is April 26, and it shows that the package departed NC at 11pm 4/25?
I'm sick of this, I'm running around trying to figure out if I'll ever get my package, beyond that I want a refund for that take express shipping by FedEx I paid for, which I'm thinking was a scam, because I've been sending email after email, and NO ONE EVER REPLIES!!
This isn't a review of romantic numbing cream, which I will always use, but I'll never buy it from PMU club again, I placed an order with 2 day shipping, they sent it through the regular mail, wouldn't reply to my emails (said they didn't get them), I had to track down the missing order, I asked them to refund the 2 day shipping cost, and they refused, said it wasn't their fault? I' finally got the order, and there isn't even an apology? I lost 2 clients because I didn't have what I needed, and they tried to put the blame on me? That's a rotten way to run a business, I still want my shipping money back, and I'll raise hell until they do the right thing!
Dear Sarah, we are trully sorry that you chose Priority mail service without knowing the difference between Priority mail and Fedex express that you claim you chose and paid for as evidenced by screenshots you send us and Paypal.
You chose and paid for Priority mail service and this is exact service your item was shipped by (again witnessed by screenshot from usps).
Unfortunately Priority mail timing delivery is not guaranteed by them and obviously not guaranteed by us since we are not a shipping company (also in a screenshot send to you).
You called us a fraud and liars before but something is strange here: you opened a case with Paypal for not receiving your item after tracking number showed that it was delivered and here you are confirming that you received it. Who is lying now or is it a simple mistake just like with the shipping you chose and paid for (Priority vs. Fedex vs. Regular mai)?
Also, no one was blaming you but we were merely explaing to you that you did chose and paid for Priority mail shipping service while you were calling us fraud and liars and were insisting that you paid $11 for Fedex express which in US cost over $25.
P.S. By the way, we are apologizing to you for taking a screenshot of your review with time stamp and forwarding it to Paypal to clear a little misunderstanding between received and not received.

Before I tried romantic I used everything you can find including dr numb, zensa, micronumbing and 100 others. Am I glad I found romantic!!! By far the best of the best anesthetics for permanent makeup, microneedling, microblading, etc. Lasts for the whole procedure so sometimes I don't even have to use gel as secondary anesthesia. I can't believe how could I do without it before. Thank you for having this product!
